Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-27
Scope and permitted use
These terms apply to homestock at homestock.shop. Use the site lawfully. Anyone placing an order must have legal capacity to contract or an authorized adult acting for them. No customer-account service is currently offered; you remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us.
Catalog, prices and ordering
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Product pages describe the particular listing and options; a catalog entry is not a guarantee of stock or an accepted order. Online payments are currently unavailable. If ordering becomes available, final availability, taxes, delivery costs, import responsibilities and the complete payable amount must be disclosed before you commit to the order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine availability issue, material listing error, suspected fraud or an unsupported destination, subject to notice, refund obligations and mandatory consumer rights.
Errors and product information
We may correct inaccurate descriptions, prices or availability. If a correction affects an accepted order, we will explain it and provide the choice or remedy required by law rather than silently changing the price. Product brands and images identify goods; they do not establish that this store is the manufacturer or an authorized brand representative.
Site conduct and third parties
Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, misuse personal information, impersonate others or infringe intellectual property. Website content and third-party marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Third-party services operate under their own terms. A link does not mean we control an external service.
Policies and limits
Read these terms with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and Canadian rights
The laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern these terms to the extent a choice of law is permitted. This does not displace the mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply to a customer in their province or territory, or require that customer to give up a court, complaint process or remedy available by law. No term requires mandatory arbitration or waives a non-excludable right.
Updates and contact
Revised terms are dated on this page. A later revision does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order. For questions: homestock · 1426 11th Ave, Calgary, Alberta, T2P 1M6, Canada · +14032313903 · [email protected].
