Delivery market
Our delivery market is Canada. We do not offer delivery outside Canada under this policy. Availability for the particular product and postal code must be confirmed before an order is accepted; an unsupported address will not be accepted for shipment. No particular carrier, remote-area service or delivery date is guaranteed by a catalog listing.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is free. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated standard transit is approximately 4–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays at the processing or delivery location. Customs processing, carrier disruption and remote destinations can affect the estimate. If the standard estimate does not apply to your address or item, we will explain the available service and timing before accepting the order.
Tracking and address corrections
Where the carrier provides tracking, dispatch information includes the tracking number or link. Contact [email protected] promptly to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot promise that a parcel already being processed or dispatched can be changed, but this does not remove any statutory cancellation right.
Delays, loss or damage
If we cannot meet an agreed shipping arrangement, we will notify you and explain the options, including cancellation and a refund when required. We will seek agreement to a revised arrangement where required. For a missing, damaged or misdelivered parcel, send the order reference and available tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. You do not lose applicable rights merely because the carrier is involved.
Taxes and cross-border costs
Catalog amounts are in Canadian dollars. Free standard delivery does not by itself mean that taxes or import charges are included. If goods for a Canadian destination are dispatched across a border, we will disclose the dispatch arrangements, applicable charges known to us and whether we or the customer will pay duties, brokerage or import taxes before accepting the order. We will not accept the order until that responsibility and any address-specific delivery conditions are made clear. Our Calgary contact address does not identify the dispatch location for every product.
Current ordering status
Online payment is not currently enabled. Adding an item to the cart does not book delivery or create an accepted order. Read our Payment Policy for the current payment position.
