Our 30-day return commitment
To ask for a return, contact [email protected] or +14032313903 within 30 days after your item is delivered. Include the order number or another proof of purchase and identify the item. For a change-of-mind return, keep it unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging.
Arrange the return first
We will provide instructions and a return destination for an eligible return. We pay the return shipping cost for qualifying returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send items to the contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The contact address is not automatically a returns warehouse.
Damage, missing items and incorrect goods
Let us know if an item is defective, damaged, incomplete or different from its description or your order. Send the order details and photographs where reasonably available. We will discuss the appropriate remedy. The unused-condition, packaging and 30-day change-of-mind requirements do not restrict a remedy you have by law.
Refunds
For an ordinary approved return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and reviewing the return. Your payment institution may need additional time to display it. Any shorter deadline required by law takes priority. Statutory cancellation refunds follow the applicable deadline and are not delayed until our ordinary return review when the law requires otherwise.
Canadian consumer protections
The voluntary return offer is in addition to, not a replacement for, applicable provincial or territorial rights concerning defective goods, missing disclosures, late delivery or cancellation. Those rights may apply outside this return window. We do not impose a blanket final-sale exception on the catalog. Any lawful product-specific restriction will be clearly disclosed before an order is accepted.
