Where do you deliver?
Canada is the delivery market. The product and postal code must be serviceable before an order is accepted; delivery outside Canada is not offered under this policy.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 4–6 business days after dispatch for Standard Shipping. It is free. Weekends, relevant public holidays, customs delays and address-specific limits can affect timing; any different arrangement is explained before order acceptance.
Where can I find tracking?
When the carrier provides it, the dispatch information includes a tracking link or number.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Contact us as soon as possible. Processing or dispatch can prevent a requested change, but applicable statutory cancellation rights remain intact.
What is the return window?
Our voluntary return period is 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind goods should be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before returning anything. Defect and other statutory remedies are not limited by these conditions.
Who pays for a qualifying return?
We cover eligible return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.
When will a refund be sent?
Ordinary approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and review, or sooner if required by law. Statutory cancellation deadlines take priority. Your financial institution may have additional posting time.
What if something is damaged, missing or wrong?
Send the order details, an explanation and photographs where available. We will review the issue and the appropriate remedy.
Which payments can I use?
None are currently enabled. The catalog uses CAD; adding items to the cart is not a purchase or payment authorization.
Are taxes and duties included?
Free Standard Shipping does not mean all taxes or import costs are included. Applicable charges and who pays them must be made clear before a cross-border order is accepted.
