Information collected and why
When you visit, technical requests can include your IP address, browser or device information, page address and security-related request data. Cloudflare supplies the hosting, content delivery and security infrastructure that processes these requests. We use the information to deliver pages, diagnose problems and protect the service. Information you voluntarily send by email or telephone, such as your name, contact details, message and an order reference where relevant, is used to handle the enquiry and maintain necessary service records. Do not send complete payment-card details or security codes.
Shopping storage and cookies
The cart and saved-product features use local storage on your device to remember product selections. You can remove it in your browser’s site-data settings; this clears those selections. Security infrastructure may use necessary technical information or cookies to protect access. No advertising or marketing tracker is intentionally installed in the current storefront, and no payment form or customer account is currently enabled. We will explain any new analytics, advertising or checkout collection and provide required choices before introducing it.

The period depends on the kind of record and the relevant obligation. Browser shopping selections remain until cleared or replaced on your device. Access restrictions and technical safeguards are used in proportion to the information involved; no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), federal PIPEDA where applicable, and any other applicable provincial privacy protections govern our handling of personal information.
