Currency and current payment status
Product prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Online payment is not currently enabled, and this storefront currently accepts no card, wallet or other payment method. Adding products to a cart neither authorizes a charge nor confirms a purchase. We do not ask you to transfer funds to complete a cart outside an agreed, available checkout.
What must be shown before a charge
Before payments are introduced, the checkout and this policy will identify the actual payment service, supported methods, authorization or capture timing and final payable total. Applicable taxes, shipping and disclosed import charges must be presented before purchase confirmation. A card or wallet logo is not a promise that a method is accepted.
Security and payment problems
Never email a full card number, expiry date or security code. If you believe a charge or payment request is associated with us, contact [email protected] or +14032313903 with a non-sensitive reference. Do not repeatedly retry an uncertain payment; first ask for its status. We will investigate a reported duplicate or failed payment without requiring sensitive card data.
Refunds
Any refund for an accepted transaction is handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law, normally back to its original payment method. A bank or payment provider may need extra time to post a credit.
